Quantum Leap Vault (“Quantum Leap Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides college admissions consulting, essay coaching, and SAT/ACT test preparation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit quantumleapvault.com (the “Site”) or contact us.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site, such as our contact form, a Parent Info Session registration, or an Essay Coaching registration, we collect the details you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, the student’s name or grade, the program you are interested in, and any message you send.

Payment information. Payments for Essay Coaching are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of your payment, the amount, and your contact details.

Consultation bookings. Consultations are scheduled through our booking page at link.quantumleapvault.com. Information you enter there is collected by that scheduling service on our behalf.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies.

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). These tools help us measure how well our ads work and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our services.

When you visit the Site, click a “Book a Consultation” button, submit a form, or complete a purchase, information about that action may be shared with Meta. This can include the page you visited, the action taken, your IP address, browser information, and Meta cookie identifiers. When you submit a form or make a purchase, your email address, phone number, and name may also be shared, but only in a hashed (scrambled) form that is not readable as plain text.

Meta may use this information in accordance with its own Data Policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, such as our website hosting provider, Stripe for payments, our scheduling and email providers, and Meta for advertising measurement as described above. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us or as described in their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantum Leap Vault, our clients, or others.

Our services are designed for high school students and their families. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Registrations and payments should be completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us using the details below. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
