Quantum Leap Vault (QLV) was built in New York to meet that challenge. From our office at 136 Madison Avenue in Manhattan, we work one-on-one with middle and high school students and their parents to plan every stage of the admissions journey: choosing the right courses and activities, building a strategic college list, raising SAT or ACT scores, and writing essays that admissions officers remember.
We intentionally take a limited number of students each cycle. That keeps our work personal and hands-on rather than high-volume, so every student receives the attention a decision this important deserves.
Meet Kim Magloire, Your New York Admissions Strategist
Kim Magloire founded Quantum Leap Vault after more than two decades of teaching, tutoring, and mentoring students. She trained as a biologist at Princeton and as an epidemiologist at Columbia, and she is the author of several test-prep guides for The Princeton Review, including Cracking the ACT and Cracking the AP Biology Exam.
Kim also founded SciTech Kids, a STEAM lab whose students have earned awards for their research. She brings that same scientific rigor and mentorship to college strategy. Her work has been featured on Good Morning America and Eyewitness News ABC 7, and QLV was named Top Personalized College Admissions Consulting Service 2026 by Education Insider.
